I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spray

The Eureka Law Firm has filed two class action lawsuits against Unilever United States, the manufacturer of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spray for false advertising. The lawsuits allege that I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spray is deceptively labeled as “0 g fat” and “0 calories” when, in fact, it contains 1160 calories and 112 g fat per 12 ounce bottle.

The lawsuits allege that these objectively false representations are not only misleading but they also violate regulations enacted by the Food & Drug Administration.
